Free Legal Support to Assist with Preparing Motions to Set Aside (Expunge) Arrest and Conviction Records
Appointment is required to participate--We Cannot Accommodate Walk-ins
Must bring Computerized Criminal History Report and Fingerprint Card
Contact the Oregon State Police to obtain your CCH: www.oregon.gov/osp/programs/cjis/pages/cch.aspx
May take 7-10 days to receive your CCH
Contact the Oregon State Police Headquarters in Salem to obtain a Fingerprint Card, or contact your local police department or sheriff's office to determine whether they provide fingerprinting services.
No Children Permitted at the Clinic. Assistance at the Clinic may take 1 to 4 hours
