Join OWLS Mary Leonard Chapter at the Marion County Courthouse as we welcome Oregon Supreme Court Justice, Rebecca Duncan and Court of Appeals Judges, Erika Hadlock and Erin Lagesen for a panel presentation on preservation of error. The CLE will focus on addressing basic preservation concepts, as well as specific areas within preservation that practitioners find particularly confusing.

When: Monday, April 15, 2019 from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. (Feel free to bring lunches and covered drinks.)
Where: Marion County Courthouse, Jury Assembly Room (5th floor)
Pricing: 1.0 CLE credit will be sought. OWLS members $15; Non-members $20; judicial law clerks and new admittees $10. Free to students and those not seeking CLE credit.

Click the "Register & Pay" button below to register and to pay online. We will also take at-the-door registration and payment.
Do you have questions on preservation of error?  With only 1 hour to present prepared remarks, there will be limited time for questions. To make the presentation as helpful as possible, we are seeking your questions in advance. Submit your questions on preservation of error to Stephanie Case by March 20, 2019.
