Join OWLS Mary Leonard Chapter for a Civil Rights CLE with Ron Silver!
Dr. King's legacy and his greatness were shaped by how he responded to three injunctions in Birmingham, Selma and Memphis: Defiance, acceptance and negotiation. Each time his approach was controversial and proved to be the most effective one. Ron Silver will take us through each event, showing how Dr. King was able to find "True North" in the midst of the crisis confronting his leadership.
